Our Parish offers a variety of faith formation programs to support all families at Saint Elizabeth of Hungary. These include On-site programs, Family with a Home School component, and Faith Formation for Children with Special Needs.

Summer greetings from the Office of Faith Formation from the Parish Grouping of St. Clare of Assisi, St. Elizabeth of Hungary, Holy Spirit and St. Thomas A' Becket. .  We are glad that you have decided to be a part of our Family of Faith and to partner with us as you share the priceless gift of Catholic Faith Formation for you and your family. Faith is a gift from God and it cannot be taught but only cultivated and nourished within each of us.  Through dedicated study and practice each of us can be formed in a way of life as Catholics that will strengthen and deepen our walk as disciples of Jesus Christ in the world.  The gift of Faith comes from God but requires the individual and community to actively participate in the nurturance of that faith–one way is through the study of discipleship-or religious education/faith formation.
 
  The current registration form is available on –line and paper copies beginning August 5th.  In the meantime take a look at the program options. Please complete the e registration form,  and return it to Faith Formation from August 5-August 31.

1. Please be sure to fill out all information as completely as possible. All fields are required.  Even if this information has been completed before, there may have been some changes in your life and we may not have a record of that change.

2. Regular registration is August 5^st-August 31^st. Registrations received after August 31^st will be held until all the registrations have been processed with placement in a specific program/session/section based on availability. Please don’t ask us to make an exception to this policy. Late registrations will be enrolled in classes based on class size and availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request for a particular day, time, and program but understand that your timely registration is necessary to facilitate that process.   In the event that we are unable to accommodate your request for a particular class day or time or program we can place you on a waiting list or you can select another program option.    

3. Return your registration via mail, weekend collection basket, dropping off at the Rectory or Faith Formation Office or completed form via email

4. Registration Parishioner:$ 50.00 per child $125.00 3 or more children 

5. There are 2 different payment plans.
