Outreach Ministry
The Outreach Ministry office strives to help parishioners and community
members with their needs. The primary purpose of the office is to care for the
spiritual needs (communion to the homebound and nursing homes), emotional
needs (bereavement support group), and limited financial needs (Advent Giving
Tree gift) of those requesting our assistance. There are circumstances, however,
that extend beyond the scope of the office in which more significant resources
are necessary to provide adequate help to an individual. Should this be the case,
the Outreach Ministry office will make every effort to help a person identify
